Poly Black Plastisol
Last Updated: 11/18/2009
1. Clean and degrees part and use Columbia Coatings Iron Phosphate.

2. Pre-heat part in oven at 375-385 degrees for 10-15 minutes on small thin parts and 20-25 for thick parts.

3. Remove part from oven and start shooting the part immediately.  You will see the coating change to a liquid and you will continue to coat until part stops taking Poly Powder.

4. Put part in oven and once part completely turns to a smooth glossy then remove from oven.  This powder does not require an exact time for curing.  Once the Smooth Glossy is done it is complete.

5. If thicker film thickness is desired then continue to apply Poly Coating to hot part and build between oven bakes.
