ZircArmor is made with the newest Zirconium technology. Zirconium is replacing iron phosphate because it provides superior corrosion resistance and adhesion while operating at lower temperatures with less sludge and environmental impact. ZircArmor is a powerful cleaner and conversion coating made from Zirconium that that can be applied at temperatures ranging from 70–115°F. It develops a Zirconium Conversion Coating bond on steel, iron, and aluminum substrates, dramatically enhancing:

ZircArmor also functions as a mild cleaner for light oils and dust. It can be applied using:

• Spray wand systems
• Garden sprayers
• Bath/immersion tanks

Dwell time will vary depending on soil severity and substrate type. Highly effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. General use is 1%–5% mix with water. We recommend starting with 2oz of ZircArmor per gallon of water, or 0.5oz of ZircArmor per quart of water.
