This silver has a matte finish and withstands operating temperatures of up to 1000ºF. Use on engine parts, grills, stoves, industrial applications, etc. Follow special application instructions.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Blast substrate with 120 grit Aluminum Oxide
• Blow off with clean, dry air, preheat, inspect for contamination and then coat.
• DO NOT CLEAN PARTS WITH ANY LIQUID MATERIALS. SANDBLAST ONLY.
• Cure Schedule: 20 Minutes @ 450ºF

This powder is very heat sensitive in raw form, we strongly recommend expedited shipping to avoid potential heat damage. Columbia Coatings makes every effort to ensure that your powder arrives in good condition, however, if this product is damaged by the heat (clumping, hardening, etc.) it will not be replaced. Due to the heat sensitive nature of this powder, it is not eligible for return for any reason.
