1510 Spray Wand/Dip Phosphatizer

Columbia Coatings' all new 1510 Spray Wand/Dip Phosphatizer is a combination of acid salts, wetting agents and non-molybdate accelerators.  1510 Spray Wand/Dip Phosphatizer leaves a dense grayish color phosphate coating.

Applications:

1510 Spray Wand/Dip Phosphatizer simultaneously cleans and phosphatizes ferrous surfaces in steam, hot pressure washers or soak applications.  1510 Spray Wand/Dip Phosphatizer is also effective on galvanized and aluminum metals.

Features:

• Contains organic accelerator.....no heavy metals.
• High level of surfactants to maximize cleaning of tough soils.
• Rust inhibitor to prevent flash rusting during drydown.

Benefits:

• Coating weights averge 0.10 - 0.25 g/m2 higher than with conventional products containing molybdate.
• Multi-metal applications.

DILUTION:

Hot High Pressure Washer:
1.5 - 2.0% final dilution to the gun (or 2.5 ounces per gallon). 146 - 160ºF. Maintain pH 4.50 - 5.50.

Dip Tanks:
5 - 7% by volume (or 9 ounces per gallon) at 140 - 160ºF. 3 - 5 minutes contact time. Maintain pH 4.0 - 5.0.
