Turns powder into a liquid, paintable material. Use it to paint letters, in grooves, or put down some pin stripes.
- Mix in a 1:1 ratio by volume. The ratio can be altered for a thinner mixture.
- Apply the mixture to your substrate.
- Let the mixture dry completely.
- Follow the cure schedule for the powder being used.
