What do we need from you?
- one picture of the child you would like the silhouette to be of (see the Photo Requirements tab for details)
- full first name, middle name initial and last name of child
- child's date of birth (mm/dd/yy)
- your choice of the designs available
How does the ordering process work?
After you place the order, we will review the picture you have selected and determine if it meets the photo requirements. If the picture does not meet the requirements, we will contact you via email or phone call to discuss a picture change or order refund. If picture does meet requirements, we will create the design and send you an image of the design before we cut the metal to ensure the design is what you are looking for.
Choose from Galvanized, Cold Rolled or Brushed Stainless Steel.
This product is cut from your choice of steel and ready to be coated and customized.

*Some prep work such as sanding and de-burring may be required

- Photo must have a clean background with solid color
- Only one photo may be uploaded
- Photo must be high resolution; not blurry, grainy or pixelated
- Photo must be taken in good lighting; not too dark
- Have someone else take the photo; no selfies
- Do not wear hats, head/facial coverings, hoods or masks
- Do not wear headphones
- Child in photo must be facing left in the uploaded image (with left facial cheek facing the camera) - see product image for example
- Child in photo should have a neutral expression or a natural smile
