All powder coating guns must be signed for upon delivery.
“Next Day Air” delivery orders that ship out on Friday will be delivered on Monday. "2nd Day Air" orders will be delivered 2 business days after they are shipped. Weekends are not considered business days. If you need “Saturday Delivery,” please contact customer service to place your order.
Expedited shipping methods (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) do not supersede the posted lead time of any product, this includes Formulated powders.
Orders containing items with different posted lead times will be shipped when the entire order is complete.
ALL chemicals must shipped via Ground Shipping. Chemicals are not eligible for expedited shipping methods.
SAME DAY SHIPPING: Columbia Coatings makes every effort to ship all orders of in-stock items, placed before 12pm (CST), the same day that the order is processed. However, this is not a guarantee as some shipping times are very busy and may cause delays in shipments. This excludes all ceramic coatings, equipment, metal art, pigments, and chemicals. All orders shipping via USPS will be delayed one day before shipping out.
FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping is available for powder orders over $125.00. Free Shipping is only available within the United States. (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) This offer excludes ceramic coatings, pigments, select equipment, metal art, chemicals & blasting media. You must select “FREE SHIPPING OVER $125” at checkout or you will be charged for shipping. The shipping method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will be chosen by our shipping department.
FLAT RATE - 2 DAY SHIPPING: The Flat Rate - 2 Day shipping method is available for powder orders only. The two-day transit time is an estimate only. The time frame for flat rate shipments is not guaranteed like 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, however, we will make every effort to make sure that we get your shipment to your door two business days after it leaves our facility. The two-day timeframe refers to the transit time only. No refunds will be given for orders that take longer than two days to arrive. These orders are still subject to any and all posted lead times on our website. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, we still recommend choosing 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
HEAT ADVISORY: Powder is VERY heat sensitive. Due to the high heat index, Columbia Coatings recommends selecting an expedited shipping method for your powder deliveries in order to preserve the quality of your powder. We will make every effort to ensure that your powder arrives in good condition. However, Columbia Coatings will in NO WAY be responsible or offer exchanges or refunds on heat damaged powder!
If you would like, we can hold orders that are not set to arrive at your doorstep the same week that you order it. (For example, if you order powder on a Wednesday and it won’t be delivered by that Friday, we can hold that order until the following Monday so you can receive your package within the same week we ship it). Powder can be exposed to high temperatures if left on a delivery truck over the weekend. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ORDER HELD, YOU MUST ENTER “HEAT HOLD” IN THE ORDER COMMENTS. If you do not add this note, we will not hold your order.
Powder orders should be collected immediately. Orders that are left outside after delivery have a much higher risk of being damaged by the heat. If you are not going to be available to accept your package right away, make sure that you have a safe, cool spot for your delivery. This goes for ALL powders during the hot weather. Once again, Columbia Coatings will in NO WAY be responsible or offer exchanges or refunds on heat damaged powder!
RETURNS & REPAIRS:
All powder coating systems (excluding the Quik Shot, KK-171, and Sames Kremlin Systems) are covered under a 30-day money-back guarantee. Shipping charges are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. For orders that selected “FREE SHIPPING OVER $125,” the cost of ground shipping will be subtracted from the refund.
Powder is only eligible for return within two weeks from the date that it is delivered.
All products being returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock-fee for the product only (excluding items covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee). Shipping will not be refunded. Please contact customer service before returning any products.
Any powder coating gun being sent in for repair must have your name, contact info, and a description of the problem with it. We will not work on any equipment without knowing who sent it in or what needs to be fixed.
Columbia Coatings is not responsible for shipping costs of items being returned or sent for repair.
PAYMENT PROCESSING ON NEW ACCOUNTS
The BILL TO address must match the SHIP TO address and have no errors.
PayPal orders must be shipped to the same address used on your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the account if the information matches and the customer is using an established account (cannot be a new PayPal account).
If the above cannot be approved, then the following payment processes are available:
ACH Payment - ACH is a bank-to bank transfer. A form will be emailed to you. Fill out the form, sign it, and send it back to us. Once approved your order can be shipped to the address of your choice. Available for U.S. Customers only.
WIRE Transfer - Wiring information is sent and customer would need to process on their end. $75 fee is added to total for wiring fee. Available for U.S. and International Customers.

- Have the appropriate dollar amount in your cart for the gift that you want.
- Choose your free gift, and add it to your cart.

There are no product exclusions for the gifts, but at least one item must ship from our facility in Columbia, TN.
Only one coupon code may be entered per order. If you place an order and forget to enter a coupon code, we cannot go back and add it to your order.
Member's Discounts, Gun Owner's Discounts, and Equipment Owner's Discounts are not applicable on equipment orders.
- You earn 1 point per every dollar that you spend.
- Points are awarded per 1 whole dollar. Example: If you spend 14.99 you will be awarded 14 points.
- Points are awarded on SUBTOTAL ONLY. Shipping and tax amounts DO NOT qualify for points.
- Points carry a value of $0.02.
- 50 points = $1 cash value
- You must accumulate a total of 100 points before you can redeem them for goods/products.
- Points will be added to your account 5 days after your purchase.
- Points have an expiration life of 1 year (365 days).
- Points are not earned from equipment purchases.
Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays.
Order confirmations are sent as soon as an order is placed. Please take time to ensure that your order is correct (shipping address, products, quantity, etc.) before shipping occurs to avoid additional charges.
If you are having trouble placing an order or feel that something isn’t calculating properly, call before placing your order.
Once an order has been placed, the contents cannot be changed, added, or removed. If you need to change the shipping method on an existing order to an expedited method such as Overnight or 2nd Day Air, please call our main sales line: 931-388-7730. There will be a $5 surcharge in addition to the cost of shipping.
Equipment orders paid via credit card will be subject to the following credit card processing fee:

Formulated powders are unique powders that may require additional time to process. Formulated powders may take up to 4 business days to process before shipping.
Images provided on our website are for reference only. Exact color may vary. For accurate color matching, order a swatch.
All metal art is cut to order and usually ships out in 5-10 business days. Some prep work such as sanding, de-burring, or removing small cutouts (i.e. letters) will be required. Additional shipping charges could occur when item is received in shipping department.
Canceled orders could result in restocking fees.
